For multilingual conferences

One clicker.
Every language in sync.

KonduktoPILOT keeps presentations in 2, 3 or 5 languages perfectly aligned. The presenter clicks once — every translation laptop changes the slide at the same moment. Over LAN. Windows ↔ macOS. No internet.

The problem

Manual sync between language booths breaks under stage pressure.

Three classic failure modes every multilingual conference hits — and the AV team gets blamed every time.

Translators always one slide behind

Each booth tries to follow the speaker manually. By slide 20 they are 2–3 slides off, the audience sees the wrong language version, and someone has to run between rooms.

— solved

Different OS, no shared remote

The presenter is on a MacBook, the booths run Windows, the agency brought their own laptops. No clicker software supports all of them at once — until now.

— solved

One laptop crashes — show stops

If a translation booth restarts mid-session, it lands back on slide 1 while the speaker is on slide 25. Manual recovery is slow, visible, and embarrassing.

How it works

Master + Slaves. Same network. Same slide. Always.

Run KonduktoPILOT on the presenter laptop in Master mode and on every translation laptop in Slave mode. They find each other automatically.

01

Plug in your clicker

Logitech R400 / R500 / Spotlight, DinoFire, Kensington, any USB or 2.4 GHz remote that emits Page Up / Page Down. KonduktoPILOT captures the keypress at the OS level.

Master · global keyboard hook · works with any clicker
02

Booths join the LAN

Translation laptops launch KonduktoPILOT in Slave mode. mDNS auto-discovery finds the master in ~3 seconds. No IP addresses to type, no port forwarding, no IT ticket.

auto-discovery · WebSocket · LAN only
03

Click → every language advances

Presenter clicks NEXT. Master broadcasts to every Slave; each one emits a synthetic Page Down to its local PowerPoint, Keynote or Adobe Reader. 5–30 ms latency over WiFi.

Features

Built for the people running the booth.

Every detail from real conference setups — Defender exclusion, slide mapping, manual override, session logs, auto-reconnect.

Auto-discovery via mDNS

Slaves find the master in seconds. Manual IP fallback for locked-down corporate networks where Bonjour is blocked.

Cross-platform PC ↔ Mac

Master on Windows, Slaves on macOS — or any other mix. Identical WebSocket protocol, native key emission per OS.

Per-slave slide mapping

EN deck has 60 slides, DE deck has 45. Define mapping once — Master sends GOTO(target), every booth lands on the right slide.

Auto-reconnect with backoff

WiFi drops? Slave retries 1s → 2s → 4s → 8s → 16s → 30s. When master comes back, the slave keeps its current slide instead of jumping to slide 1.

One-click Defender fix

Windows Defender blocks the keyboard hook? Click 🛡 Check & fix Defender in Master — UAC prompt, exclusion added, hook recovers. No PowerShell required.

CSV session logs

Every connect, slide change, pause, lock and recovery is logged with timestamps. Perfect postmortem after the conference. Excel-ready.

5 UI languages

Polish, English, German, French, Spanish — switch live without restart. Light or dark theme.

Manual override per slave

Booth operator can pause auto-sync and click locally — useful for showing a detail off-flow. Re-sync button snaps back to master's slide instantly.

Zero telemetry, zero internet

The app never talks to the cloud. Works in fully air-gapped networks. No analytics, no auto-updates calling home.

Inside the app

Two roles. One protocol. Same UI on Windows and Mac.

Master Dashboard for the presenter laptop. Slave Panel for each translation booth. Switch roles at any time from the header.

PC ↔ Mac. Either way. Any mix.

The WebSocket protocol is identical regardless of OS. A Logitech R500 plugged into a MacBook drives Windows booths just as well as the other way around.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

No. Master and slaves discover each other and exchange messages over the local network only. No cloud, no telemetry, no auto-updates calling home. Works in fully air-gapped venues.
Yes. PC ↔ Mac in any combination. The protocol is identical regardless of OS. A Logitech R500 plugged into a MacBook drives Windows booths just as well as the other way around.
Any USB / 2.4 GHz / Bluetooth clicker that emits Page Up / Page Down — Logitech R400, R500, R800, Spotlight, DinoFire, Kensington, Targus and many others. Standard keyboard arrows also work as a fallback.
Open Slide Mapping for that slave and define rules like "master slide 10 → slave slide 12". Master then sends GOTO(target) instead of NEXT/PREV — the booth always lands on the right slide.
Restart the app, click Connect — auto-sync brings it to the master's current slide in seconds. If WiFi just drops temporarily, the slave auto-reconnects with backoff (1s → 2s → 4s …) and keeps its slide so it doesn't reset to slide 1.
The keyboard hook component is unsigned and Defender flags it as suspicious. The installer adds a Defender exclusion automatically — and there is a one-click 🛡 Check & fix Defender button inside Master if it ever needs re-applying.
Yes — 14 days, full features, no credit card. After that the app keeps working but disconnects after 10 minutes per session until you activate a license.
